Family Health Portrait uses RPX, which allows you to sign in using your existing AOL, Google, Yahoo!, Windows Live, LinkedIn, or OpenID account.
It automatically remembers you, so make sure to login each time using the same account!

If you don't have an account with any of these web sites, we recommend that you use myOpenID as an OpenID account. It uses CallVerifID™ for multi-factor authentication and also supports client-side certificates for Transport Layer Security, which eliminates the need for passwords.
