Make your medical directives work with Estate++

Estate++ preserves your critical health care related documents in a secure, remote location. It makes medical directives work by electronically storing copies of important documents such as a Living Will, Health Care Power of Attorney, Five Wishes, and organ donation forms.

Estate++ also records detailed information about your life and legacy including anatomical gifts, personal bequests, burial instructions, funeral arrangements, cemetery arrangements, and final wishes.

The Federal Patient Self Determination Act (1990) requires hospitals, nursing homes, and home health agencies to document in your medical record whether or not you have executed an advance directive (medical and psychiatric).  Read more...

Too often these documents don’t make it into your medical record. It is up to you and those close to you to make sure that everyone who might need a copy of your directives in fact has a copy.

Estate++ gives you the ability to personally create shared users so that you can directly share your medical directives with your family and health care provider.

Upon your request, your medical directives can be released to trusted parties that provide proof of your incapacity. Please see our Information Release Policy for details.

Quarterly e-mails are sent to you as a reminder to update personal information and confirm that your estate documents, including medical directives, have not been changed or revoked.

Take the uncertainty out of protecting yourself and your family. Estate++ will prove essential to accessing your medical directives, when you need them most, from a single safe place.
