We began this venture as an extension of our complimentary backgrounds in banking and financial services. Each of us has more than 20 years of experience working for large technology and financial companies in the US. Also, we have a complimentary skill set. My degree and experience are in corporate marketing and communications while Jim’s background is in technology. Both of us are consultants, which has given us the ability to learn a variety of approaches to developing new product and service offerings.
We had something else in common, we both have lost our parents and were both responsible for settling their estates. The experience was different for both of us.
We both wished we would have known more about our parent's wishes so that we could have made better decisions at their time of death.

Trudy has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. She has a B.A. degree in Writing, a B.A. degree in Business Administration, and has conducted studies in Public Administration at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Trudy has worked for several organizations including Mellon Bank, First Union National Bank, Bank of America and Wachovia. Her financial background includes experience in trust, securities and estate planning.

James has over 20 years of experience in computer programming and software architecture. With a B.S. in Computer Science, James has worked as a consultant for many large companies including IBM, Bank of America, Wachovia, and U.S. Bank.
